When do I need to return my item?

On the last day of your rental please return the item back to us. As shipments take some time, any delays can mean the next renter will not be able to rent the dress. Please therefore take extra attention to your return date.

How can I return an item?

If the item has been shipped to you, you will find a return label enclosed in the packaging. You can use this to ship it back to us from a PostNL location. If you have chosen to pick up the item we assume you will drop it off again at the same locati

What if I return my item too late?

In case of a delay we will choose the next appropriate number of days. We will ask you to pay the surplus of the extra days minus the fixed fee. This only applies if there is no consecutive rental planned. Example: you have rented an item for 50EUR/4

What do I do when my return date is on Sunday or national Holiday?

In case your rental ends on a Sunday or national holiday and you cannot find any open Post NL points nearby you, you may return your rental on Monday. In this instance you will not pay the late return fee.
