What if I want to cancel my rental?Updated a year ago

Canceling your item hinders other renters to book the item and can be frustrating to lenders. Because of this, we ask you to be very considerate in your decision to cancel. However, if you must cancel your item please let us know so we can support the request. 

The following terms apply to cancellations:

  • up to 10 days in advance of the start date the item can be canceled free of charge
  • up to 48 hours before the rental start date we apply a 30% cancellation fee. You will still receive store credit worth 70% of the purchase
  • within 48 hours of your rental start date cancelations will not be refunded

In case of last-minute bookings (within 48 hours in advance of the start date), we charge a 30% cancellation fee. Please note we do not reimburse damage or delivery protection fees.
