What if the item does not fit?Updated a year ago

We know it can be a huge disappointment if the item does not fit. In order give you peace of mind, we have therefore installed a Fit Policy. 

How does it work? In order to be eligible please:

1. Let us know in writing on the start day of the rental that the item does not fit;

2. Send it back within 24 hours;

Once the item has been received back in the original state, we will pay you a 50% cash, 50% store credit refund. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

Example: Let's imagine you rented an item with us for €63,50, however unfortunately it does not fit. The delivery fee is 13,50€. We deduct the delivery fee of €13,50, which leaves €50. Then we would transfer €25 in cashback to your bank account (the money usually arrives within 2-3 working days) and €25 we would credit you as a gift card via mail for your next rental. 

Please note that should you not be able to make the requirements, CIRCLE CLOSET reserves the right to refrain from payment.
