What if the customer does not fit my item?Updated a year ago

We strive to seek a balance between what is fair on all sides. Therefore, if a customer does not fit the item, they are entitled to the Fit Policy. If they make use of this policy, they will notify us on the start day of the rental and send it back to you within 24 hours to be eligible for our policy. Once you have received the item in good condition, we will pay you back your dry-cleaning cost at the beginning of the next month. Please share your receipt with us so we can do so.

Although we can understand the disappointment of a full rental pay-out, the FitPolicy ensures you as a lender are more likely to have your item rented.
