What happens when my item gets rented?Updated a year ago

Lending from home is an easy 5-step process:

1. Once your item has been rented, you will receive an e-mail from us to alert you. The e-mail includes the send and returns labels (this is already included in the price)

2. We will put you in a whatsapp group with the renter so you can get to know each other & discuss any further details

3. Place the item and the return label in the package, and stick the send label on top of it. Pro tip: take some pictures before so you know what state it got sent out in.

4. Wait for your item to come back. We'll share the track & trace codes, so you're in control.

5. We pay you at the beginning of every month, and then you've earned yourself a few drinks ... or more. Happy lending!
