How can I change my delivery address?

Once you receive the track & trace information from the carrier, you can alter the delivery address. This may change the time of arrival. Pro tip: have the parcel delivered to a pick-up point to give you flexibility.

Can I get my order delivered to a pick-up point?

Yes! During check-out please select 'Shipping' and then to a 'PostNL location near me.' Once you've paid for the item you can select the PostNL point that is most convenient for you to pick-up from.

My rental hasn't arrived yet. When can I expect to receive it?

We assume the post works like clockwork, but just to be sure we tend to send out items a day in advance. Therefore, you can expect your item to be with you on the morning of your rental start date at the latest. If your item is looking to arrive too
